Washington, ranks among the best in Milan and will allow you to live within reach of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, banks, a station of public share-bicycles, laundries, hairdressers, pharmacies, etc. Buses n. 50; 58; 61; 90; 91 stop nearby and allow you to easily reach Universities, Academies, and hotspots throughout the rest of the town. Rental Condition: -Rent: 1.900 euro/month (€ 950per each room), all bills included (condominium, gas, electricity, internet, heating; garbage collection), as all kind of taxes due by the tenant. Type of contract: Two written and registered and all-inclusive contracts of € 950 per month (one contract for each room and for each tenant), legally valid for the previously agreed period of stay.
