DESCRIPTION Very nice, cosy/cozy and comfortable single room available in bright 2-room shared flat located in CENTRAL MILAN, in the MOSCOVA-BRERA-GARIBALDI pedestrian, safe and protected area, well connected by MOSCOVA M2 metro station (only 3 metro stops to S. AMBROGIO M2 Cattolica University, bus line 94, and trams 2, 3, 4, 12, 14; 20 minutes by walk). ROOMS DETAILS The room is particularly special, well furnished with contemporary art pictures and design: fashionable wooden bed (which is bed, chaise longue and couch at the same time), spacious and smart wardrobe with 2 Keith Haring boxes in addition, desk, table lamp, multi-plug adapter, providing a cosy/cozy and ergonomic living space within the shared flat. Located in a high floor, the room has plenty of natural light, with a private balcony overlooking “Sempione Park”, where there is the famous “Sforzesco Castle” of Milan, making it an ideal study environment. The flat also has a totally equipped kitchen with modern kitchen set (which also includes kettle). Iron available with its demineralized water. Furthermore, the room is always warm in Autumn/Fall and in Winter (when the weather in Milan is cold) because a modern and total new central heating in the building assures a really good and very comfortable clima day and night, and hot water at home 24 hours a day. The bathroom has a window and has plenty of natural light. You can find in it: shower and bath tub, an ancient and beautiful nineteenth-century mirror over the sink, a clothes rank, a wooden shelf for beauty products, an hygienic wc with tablets to sanitize the bathroom. Unlimited WI-FI available at home, security door with video intercom, new lift, and concierge service in the morning from Monday to Saturday are available too at home. A max number of three international Cattolica University students (girls) live in the flat at the same time. The flat facilitate concentration for study because it is very quiet, perfect and suitable for young people motivated in achieving excellent goals at University. CONTRACT DETAIL The Contract runs for 1 year from September 2025 (or for July or August 2025) with an option to extend it for a further year. The MOSCOVA_BRERA_GARIBALDI pedestrian area, where the single room is located, is renowned for its safety, and offers a wide range of services and amenities, and historical city attractions. Young international students like very much this area, which is quite near to Cattolica University, also achievable by walk in 20 minutes or by bicycle in 10 minutes, in addition to public transports: MOSCOVA M2 metro station, bus line 94, trams 2, 3, 4, 12, 14.
