DESCRIPTION Very nice, cosy and comfortable SINGLE ROOM available in bright 2-room shared flat located in CENTRAL MILAN, in the MOSCOVA-BRERA-GARIBALDI pedestrian, safe and protected area, well connected by MOSCOVA M2 metro station (only 3 metro stops to S. AMBROGIO M2 Cattolica University, bus line 94, and trams 2, 3, 4, 12, 14; 20 minutes by walk). Marangoni Institut is reachable by foot and Bocconi University is reachable by tram. ROOMS DETAILS The room is particularly special, well furnished with contemporary art pictures and design: 2 fashionable wooden beds, spacious and smart wardrobe with coat hangers and 2 Keith Haring boxes in addition, desk, table lamps and multi-plug adapter, providing a cosy and ergonomic living space within the shared room in the flat. Located in a high floor, the sunny room has a big window overlooking the very famous “Sempione Park” and its “Sforzesco Castle” of Milan, making it an ideal study environment. The flat also has a totally equipped kitchen with modern kitchen set (which includes kettle, for example). Available iron with its demineralized water. Furthermore, the room is always warm in Autumn and Winter (the Milan weather is cold) because a modern and total new central heating in the building assures a really good and very comfortable clima day and night, and hot water at home 24 hours a day. CONTRACT DETAIL The Contract runs for 1 year from September 2025 with an option to extend it for a further year. Monthly rent price: 650 euros + "oneri accessori" (part of house costs: 60/65 euros/month), light (on the basis of personal consumptions), rubbish (Tari): 14 euros/month, internet costs (15 euros), weakly cleaning costs (20 euros/week, hygienic products included). The MOSCOVA_BRERA_GARIBALDI pedestrian area, where the single room is located, is renowned for its safety, and offers a wide range of services and amenities, and historical city attractions.
